The Tudor Spice Box

Our Tudor season continues with a talk on the flavours and aromas of the Tudor Spice Box.

On Thursday 22nd February at 7.30pm, Terry John will be discussing how these valuable, much sought after ingredients were used, not just in cooking, as well as how they reached the wealthiest Tudor tables.
