Summer Wellbeing Day with Teresa Walker and Kerry Morgan

On Sunday 26th June, 10.00-4.00, we’ll be hosting a restorative wellbeing day for women:

Wonderful Women of West Wales…..

You are invited to join us for as we gather together in circle to explore, connect to and celebrate the summer energies around us and within us.

Summer brings an abundance of rich fire energy and together, through various practices of sound and energy healing, intuitive feminine dance, gentle yoga, meditative movement, poetry, self enquiry, and meditation we will call upon that energy to inspire, uplift and to energize us.

Together we will light our inner fires and lift our spirits as the long days of summer call to our whole beings to feel alive, to be moving, and celebrating all that we’ve been, all that we are and all that we are yet to be!

During this beautiful day retreat led by Teresa and Kerry, please know that you will be held and supported and encouraged from the heart each step of the way.

No previous experience is necessary and this circle is open to women of all ages and abilities, and you will be welcomed whole-heartedly!

There are no levels on this re-treat day.

The invitation is to come as you are and leave feeling more of who you are!

Your hosts for the day bring a wealth of experience and knowledge and both very much lead from the heart.
